I have started in the month of October and lost 18 kgs, and I never understood this fully until I was ready to decide I needed to change my lifestyle. Its the choices you make for how you fuel your body and its so easy now that I know how to do itI love asking anything I want and they are really supportive. My fiancée is so supportive and it feels good that he sees this as positive for me as I do.
We workout and take walks together. I go for walks around our park where we live. Movement is important to help me stay focused and get all the water Im drinking to clear out toxins. I cant wait to see my lab tests in a few months to know how Ive changed my cholesterol, etc for the better. I rather decide and commit to do it for my health than pay doctor/medical bills down the road.
I read some of the below reviews.everyone is entitled to their opinion but not everyone is the same and some folks need something more than a book and free meetings.so decide and commit for what works for you. It took me to finally hang up my retail high heels after 4 years and put myself on my list of things to do. Regardless, this isnt for everyone but Im thankful I made the choice because this motivates me to succeed!
