Dear friends , today Ill tell u my personal experience .Healthy weight loss doen not mean that you have to go for gym daily and do dieting. Dieting in girls especially its common .But actually no one knows how to do healthy dieting .We have to eat meals not in 3portions but in 5 .And avoid junk foods , oily foods, sugar. We should not avoid meals , but can take small aomunt , Eat fruits , dry friuts daily , The main thing is Yog, Pranayam thats must .Daily yog helps a lot to reduce weight, So frnds with Yog if u want dieting that make sure that in your diet has essential proteins, callories, vitamins present or not
