These are my conclusions of heavenandhome.com from my experience.
Pros:
I had seen good products with good offers at heavenandhome.com.
Somewhat helpful customer support.
Product quality are good.
Cons:
Their site takes ages to load even on a good broadband connection.
Just like their website, they take ages to deliver the products (They mention 2 to 4 weeks). I received my order after on 6th week. (1 week delay was from the courier team - DTDC)
No detail specifications about the products.
I will conclude like this:
Heavenandhome.com is one of the few sites that provides you with the better deals. They had the potential to be a leading player in the field. Their potential is pulled back by their website loading time, product delivery time and insufficient product specifications.
I really like their products and I want to do more shopping with them, but with that delivery time and insufficient product specifications.
