I placed order for a superior quality cookware as shown in their website and received a low quality item after 1 month. When I contacted the customer care they advised me to send the images of the product by email, which I properly followed. An apologetic reply sent and that’s all. Now even they are not answering to telephone calls.
Don’t go for shopping in this site by getting deceived by the beautiful images of the products displayed.
