I’m traveling in HEBRON bus from Chennai to Bangalore. I’m in the bus when I’m writing this feedback as I faced so much of discomfort by the bus staff.
Bus is scheduled for 1pm departure, however the bus moved only after 2pm and no information to the passengers as to why we were made to wait inside the bus for so long. Driver and the cleaners are having their lunch inside the bus by making us wait. Hebron has taken the passengers time for granted, which is ridiculous. We passengers choose and make the booking based on our convenient time but after we boarded the bus these delays are absolutely unacceptable.Absolutely sad and poor customer service as they really did not value or respect the customer time. Also they stopped at icici bank for their personal work and then stopped at the petrol station. Overall close to 2 hrs our time was misused by the HEBRON STAFF. Don’t they that having lunch, filling diesel and all should be before the actual departure timings? Secondly, I wanted to notify the HEBRON management that how do you allow your staff to sit in the passenger seat though it is vacant. I’m not against this, but the cleaner who sat next to me was drunk and he stinks alcohol very badly. I couldn’t bear the stinking alcohol and was very uncomfortable in such closed a/c bus. How can this cleaner be high on alcohol when he on duty? Don’t you train your staff how to behave or teach them some basic manners. I have the pic and a video of the staff who was drunk. I will ensure that I will not choose to travel in HEBRON again and I will ensure that I will tell this worst experience to all my known people. HEBRON TRANSPORT IS POOR AND WORST SERVICE.
