I’ve always been a frequent traveller of Herbon Travels, B’lore to Chennai and back. They’ve always been on time and well behaved staff. This is the first time I had to differ my opinion.
Bus was 30mins late of what it was supposed to start, when questioned the bus "Helper Boy" was rude. So, what I ask is. Are they also moving towards bad customer service? Please don’t, I’ve always been using your service and will want to continue to. One ??Down. sorry
