No need to search on Google, Heena Tours and Travels is not like the old Heena Tours and Travels. The only thing good about Heena Tours and Travels is the food and the tour manager. Their office at Vile Parle is worse than hell, no one will care even if you die.
Moreover, they have instructed the receptionist to say that the senior manager or the owner is out of station for a month when the customer wants to speak to them with regards to poor service quality. She will not even reveal her identity as she very well knows what have they done with the customer.
Please don’t go with Heena Tours and Travels, because you will just get good food for the extra Rs.50, 000 that you have paid as compared to the other tours.
