I have travelled twice with heena, but what I discovered in 2nd tour is definitely no value for money.
They are in to all cost cutting, they provided us Hotel Mount Simvo(last grade hotel in gangtok)& The menu for the whole tour was cut compared to previous tours.
I was told that travelling to north east would be not very comfortable, but there will be no hardship. but there was continous travelling for 6- 8 hrs virtually. On that they would ask us to accomodate 8 people in a jeep & I assure only 8 slims models can sit in it.
I wanted to go to nathu - la pass in gangtok(Their iternerary takes upto Baba mandir(Diff 3 km), but you need permission to go to nathu - la pass. I was said that the tour manager will do the needful for it( I was willing to pay the extra chgs), but tour manager dragged it till last to decline my opportunity to go there.
Thought they advertise that’Sabse SASTA, nahin par Sasbe Achace’, but that is a tall claim & DEFINETELY THEY NEED TO KNOW THAT THEY ARE DOING COST CUTTING AT THE COST OF COMFORT>
And they dont do bargaining/ cost cutting in cost of tour
