Heena Tours does not seem to care about its customers. The Kerala 2 tour which is currently on(21/02/2009) the tourists are being taken for a ride. To econimise on their fuel costs one group is being moved to Cochin and will get merged with other group(not a part of the itenary) this increases the travel time by 6 hours.
Heena is a respected tour operator on Mumbai and particularly favoured by Marwaris & Gujarathis. This act does not go well and is certainly a tarnish in Heena tours & travels image.
The tour costs are reasonably high and customers expect quality service. Even the tour manager(M R Ravi) is hopeless and is taking the passengers for a ride
Please think twice before enrolling for any of Heena’s packages. as their behaviour is extremely rude once the tour commences. Once the customer has paid full fare he is left at the mercy of the tour operatoe
