Samet Shikhar religious tour If you can manage the tour without Heena Tours it is advisable. Never ever trust Heena Tours itenary package. They don’t disclose many facts and the tourist is left at their mercy. We could manage at half the cost what Heena tours had charge for our group with the same facility of lodging and boarding.
Their office in charge Mr. Mahendrabhai is a big crook . Don’t trust this elderly person, he speaks very friendly and will impress you at first meeting to con you. Our stay arrangement at various places was uncomfortable, our group of 4 families(14 people) were made to squeeze in 3 rooms inspite of full payment charges before 3 months of our travel dates. We had 2 days stay at Varanasi and we were forcefully made to checkout after 1st night and made wait in waiting room from 10am to 9pm on the second day for our train departure, This is really absurd you charge for 2 days and make us checkout after 24 hours. How to manage in a waiting room with families. Our stay at Shikarji was also the same with only 3 rooms booked for 4 families. Also for ticket railway bookings he charged us Rs. 300/- per person for RAC tickets and fooled us that they will get confirmed as per their agent direction. This booking was made 3 months prior to our schedule. Our group of 14 had to squeeze in only 8 seats confirmed for a journey of 36 hours from Mumbai to Parasnath station. Later they just gave an excuse that due to rush time in vacation the RAC don’t get confirmed. What is the point in paying Rs. 300/- extra per ticket for advance booking to Heena tours if they can’t get the tickets confirmed. Our whole experience with Heena Tours for Samet Shikar tour has been very bad and felt as if they don’t care once you pay the full amount. They literally blackmail you and you are left at their mercy during the tour.
It is up to the top management to look into the matter and reshuffle the staff who are not accquainted with customer service and satisfaction.
Our experience was similar to many other customers who had joined the tour during our stay . They had been similarly fooled in stay and tour charges .
