Our luxurious personal tour which was planned almost 3 months before with family was made a havoc even after spending huge amount the tour was not planned properly and lot of mismanagement. we were two families but still we were given every where rooms very far off in separate floors, even in cruise where there is choice while booking, both the rooms were very far.
Also in flight where it was possible while booking to give us seats together they didn’t even bother to give us seats in row all our seats were distributed in half occupied flight. Also for booking rooms for 4 days in one hotel they cant manage to book rooms in same property, which were in the last moment separated for 1 day in another hotel, for all these thanks to the Sonal Soni of heena tours. For making money these company even dose not bother for the tourist problems and no feedback by the tour opt. Pl dont go for any personal tour in todays world where this sought of planners can spoil ur mood and money.
