I had booked my honeymoon to Uttarakhand from Heena Tours and Travels on May-2013.
The tour started from Delhi in 5 star hotel but from there on hotel and food standards started getting lower and lower.
Worse was Bhimtal hotel(Mapple) where hotel didn’t have AC working nor did it have any facility of cleaning of rooms everyday.
I had a horrible experience with Heena will not recommend it to anyone.
