Please don’t to these people. They are crooks..I had used their services for VISA and Tickets. The lady was absolutely disinterested on giving us flight details.. She was making horrible faces if u ask her for alternative routes, as if she is obliging me by doing booking..Least customer friendly and unprofessional..
I had withdrew some money from ATM.. and paid to then.. so they took my money in cash, and they took it inside the accounts department.. after some time he came back telling me that three 500 rupees notes they’ll not accept for whatsoever reason.. I am pretty sure the person in accounts might have changed it..
However I paid him and deposited my passport for the VISA with him.. After 3 days when I went to collect my passport and I asked him for my passport to check if all VISA stamping was properly done .. He bluntly told me pay balance 300 Rupees first then only we would not even show your your passport.. I was zapped for being treated like this.. I had paid these people 65000 for my tickets and 3000 in advance for VISA and just for balance 300 rupees he was not even showing my passport, as if I would run away with it... What Crooks..
I would strongly appeal people not to use their service by mistake as well.. I also had some othe rfriends who used their tour services and had faced larger problems..
PLEASE BEWARE!!
