Overall the trip was good, but the problems started after booking only. We had booked the tour some 3 months before we travel. At that time they assured us that the group will be filled and it will be a confirmed departure. So we told them we will book for cruise too.
If we book cruise before 60 days we get proper discount in it. Next day a call comes from heena that no rooms are available on any deck...So we called up other tour operator and he told us that rooms are available. We again called the director and gave the details that room are available on so n so deck. Later they gave us the room.
Before 45 days of travel the guy from heena calls up and tells that the tour which u have selected doesn’t have passengers so we are cancelling the entire tour. Now the problem arises for cruise as now we change the dates we wont get the 60 days saver rate and they called up so late that we were not eligible for 45 days saver also. They were so rude that they were not ready to compensate on anything nor giving of any discount nor the loss which we had to bear.
On the top of that if we change the dates of cruise then we need to pay for changes i.e 750 per person. So after booking before 60 days we didnt get the returns of the saver and we had to pay more. So I feel that we were cheated as it was there fault only, they could have compensated in one or the other way. If they were in our place then wht would they feel ??
