You will be on boarded few days after your actual on boarded date passed away mentioned in your offer. You need to wait for another onboarding date, will make you feel that you are jobless between your actual aboard date and offer letter onboarding date.
your CTC include bonus that will be paid on 1 year completion but which will never be paid.
No reply to your email and phone calls but if go to meet directly then they will tell you to contact other person whose name or spoc was never given at the time joining.
If by mistakes any timesheet leakage happens between your submitted and your client one. They will deduct salary immediately and when you correct and reapproach to repay back will/would never happen.
No F&F settlement will be given and you are lucky enough if you had received relieving and exp letter. Friends, there are many more just this is not enough.
So I would suggest think thousands time before you take this offer.
