I booked Dubai trip with Amazing as Hello Travel shared the number. Just before the week amazing trip cancelled the trip as I asked for visas. They said they will refund . This happened on 18th December 2017. Until now I didn’t get the amount and they are not reply to messages mails or answering any calls. II approached Hello Travels, I found out that they had shared the Amazing trip contact number even after they got multiple complaints about Amazing trip.
So, when they asked them about it, Hello travel also stopped replying.
I feel both Hello travel and their agents are involved to loot money from clients .
Don’t trust Hello Travels first . I am filling the complaint against Hello Travel first and them Amazing trip too get my money back.
