Hello Travel is worst travel portal. Fraudulent website. They are cheating customers. So don’t trust them. Customer service is also very worst and unprofessional. The helpline number provided is received by people who use harsh language instead of answering your queries.
They ask us to pay money in advance but they won’t repay us back though we cancel the trip by ourselves. So don’t pay in early.
Please don’t make any booking through this site. All the positive reviews are done by their own staff, so please don’t believe them.
