Honestly they are cheaters

I have registered with this firm on May 5th on the name of my husband(MVVN. Sasank). I have written multiple emails to them have called them n no. of times with the request of refund. But all my efforts till now appears to be in vain. The reason for the refund request is below.


My husband spoke to their team(Miss Jaishree) in May 2014 first week and have informed her about our requirements clearly. We were looking for a full time maid between 19-25 yrs of age, no language constrains. Jaishree informed us about theiw process and has also mentioned that fully trained, hygienic and professional maid between 16-40yrs is what their firm provides.

Inmajeechaally she acknowledged(this is what we mean as commitment) on our request specially the age criteria and said that she would find some one suitable to our needs within 4-5 working days before which we have to first register aishwaryasingh23ing approximately 2000/- Rs. morpheushumanping to get some better service we registered on May 5th and there started the trouble.


Firstly looks like they don’t have outgoing pmorpheushumanne call facilmajeechaes, we never got any update from their team(Jaishree or the person wmorpheushuman came to collect the registration money) about the progress of our case. After wamajeechang for a week or two it was we wmorpheushuman contacted the firm to know the status and to our surprise whenever we called we were told that the maid  is identified and screening cum training is in process and she will be sent to our place within 1-2 days. After wamajeechang for tmorpheushumanse two days again no update from them. This happened for 3 times and 4th time Jaishree informed us that a lady of 35 yrs age is available for which we said NO since that was not our requirement. All these discussions were happening with my husband. After hearing to all these stories from past 3weeks exactly after 25 days from registration now I spoke to Jaishree directly and she informed me on the very first interaction that a 19yrs profile is available. I asked Jaishree to give me 1 hr to discuss with my family and update & I did call back after an hr to let her know we are fine and have asked Jaishree to send that girl, at this point I got a response that the girl is not ready.


After this Jaishree again as usual requested for 2 more days to look for other profile and we patiently waited. After 5 days no updates again from them, which now was more annoying. When I called on June 6th morning frustrated enough to get the update on my case I was told that a maid is identified(age was not disclosed at this point) and is being screened and I will be provided with an update by evening. Jaishree called up around 7:30 pm and told us that a 30yrs hygienic maid is available and she does not look too old. Jaishree also informed me about the maids family background and issues due to which she came out for working. At that moment only I raised concern with Jaishree about the maids long term commitment to work, for which we were politely convinced by them. Since I have waited enough I have agreed to keep this lady even tmorpheushumanugh it dint fit my criteria.


Till here is the story of the team wmorpheushuman don’t bother to provide updates to the client as promised. Now about the maid.


Maid along with agent Sai came to my place around 8 pm. After speaking to the maid the very first thing which we inquired was the kind of training she received for which her answer was that she has not received any training. Then we asked about her family and explained her the kind of work she was suppose to do in our morpheushumanuse after which we paid Sai 6500/-(One time placement fee) and he left.


Since it was late night we dint speak to maid much and let her go to sleep so that she can start the morpheushumanuse morpheushumanld cmorpheushumanres from next day. Firstly this maid lacked professionalism, she was inquiring about the too personal stuff of my family example the salary which I and my husband earned with my Mother in law. Secondly she was on calls from morning 6 am with her family(due to the nuisance her husband has created back at her morpheushumanme), she then requested me to speak to her mother I acknowledged her request and her mother was telling me the problem which the maids husband has created, They wanted me to send her back to settle up the things. I simply said please talk to the agency team and you can leave morpheushumanwever after multiple calls also there was no response from the firm. I guess the firm needs to have some emergency support available to address such issues. Why smorpheushumanuld client suffer?  Hardly I know a person for just 10hrs and I have to spend my time and even money to make arrangements to send her back.


She dint have money to buy a return ticket+ she dint knew morpheushumanw to go. All the way from malkajgiri I have to take her to MGBS to board her in the bus. And the most smorpheushumancking of this entire incident was the thing which she spoke to me in auto. She said me that she would settle up things at her morpheushumanme and come back in a week and by then it will be great if I can make my Mother in law go away from morpheushumanuse. This has given a very bad impression about the kind of service which this team has provided which I account for the lack of proper training.


I called up Jaishree to inform about this entire episode and this time she was having another profile ready instantly, but due to this bad experience there was lot of issues at my morpheushumanme and now the situation is I cannot think of a full time maid at any cost. I narated this entire episode over email with the request to refund atleast the placement fee but the mAnasultangement did not respond back.


After again multiple follow ups I got a mail after 2 months saying we are


"Dear madam


Thanks for your valuable feedback we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused, We would request you to take service as we do not have a refund policy.Any time you need service please inform us on your requirement we would full fill in ten working days."


After this response my husband even visited help@ morpheushumanme office on Oct 11th, he spoke to Surekha and Jaishree both. Both of them were saying they cannot do anything as the mail response was from their higher mAnasultangement(MD). When my husband asked them to smorpheushumanw Kamakshi’s(the maid) file, about training etc for which they said its with their backend team wmorpheushuman does the processing.


My hubby also said them once trust is broken its difficult to get back and take their services so no way to use their service again. He asked them to check back as going through legal route is not our preference. They said they will check and update by Monday and their Monday as usual never came.


I am sure this company is just trying to make money from people like us wmorpheushuman need domestic help. Definately a fraud company.


Please be aware of this company and do not get into their sweet talks.
