Thanks Mouthshut for creating such platforms where we can add our True Experience for the Service and Products we have used but somehow we are not satisfied with it.
I have started my Interior Design on January 2020 through Mr. Hemchand Mistry whos office are Based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Initially I got feedback from My Builder Sales Guys and Broker about him which is NOT so Good but somehow I trust him after checking his few works. He is very sweet spoken person and based on that you will give him work but actual scenario come after that. You have to keep calling and asking for Work Status, Work Deadlines. He will give you Fake Commitments every time like(Aaj Banda Bhejta hu, Banda Aa Raha hey, Mail Apaka Raste me hey etc).
He will asking you Money every week from you and I have paid 100% money as well but at the end you have not get 100% work.
He will also ask extra money for NEW Work which he has added in Interior Design 3d Part but NOT in Quotation, Here is the list of Pending things after a Year
A) Drawing Room
1) Coffee Table - Pending
2) Mandir(Its done but Finishing and Its not upto Design given by him)
B) Kitchen
1) Island Kitchen with Trolleys(Wooden Trolley done but Korean Stone on Top is Pending)

I have thinking to go for legal but due to I am running a Business, I cant put my energy and time on this. I have carried my work with other Vendors, As I cant trust people who dont Value Time, Emotions and His Own Commitments.
You have heard the line "Satisfied customer will tell 100 people how happy they are but Dissatisfied customer tell 10, 000 people about their bad experiences. This is where you put your years of Business and Name putting down.
Your most dissatisfied customer Mr. Dharmeshkumar Patel.
