Use these products only when you are able to afford them for whole life otherwise they will fall you in trouble once you stop using these products, your whole immune system will demage once you stop these supplements.i have used these supplements dedicatedly for continuous 6 month and there are few positive results also but when I stopped using these supplements i got so many problems like hair fair, patchty hair fall, muscle weakness, skin problem n all.
When I concern with doctor he told me this is the common side-effects of these supplements and advise to not to use these type of suppliment again because when our immune system get the essential nutrition and vitamin easily from these supplements our immune system is became habitual of it but when we stop these supplements and take the usual simple diet which we used to take before these supplements our immune system will fail to work properly and sometimes it cause major problems also so my advice to all of brothers is that please don’t use these supplements without consulting with your doctors.
