I was convinced to buy this expensive waste product by the marketing person who was known to me. As I was trying many things to lose excess weight, he suggested me that I should use this nutritional milk shake by mixing 4 scoops of this powder with 2 scoops of protein powder in 250 ml milk twice a day as breakfast and lunch and it will not only provide me nutrition but also I will lose weight as I may not have to take carbs and fats in my meals. Though it was very expensive, I decided to take a chance thinking to improve my health. The expenses of this shake was costing me approximately 5 to 6 thousand it was burning a hole in my pocket. In the first 15 days I lost around 3 kgs of weight and I was happy but after that my weight got struck . I was feeling very angry that even after taking the expensive why my weight got struck and why I am not losing weight any more? To my desperation I met a dietician for advice and she told me the most shocking thing that my weight loss was not real it was the water weight of my body which got lost and it will return back again and she was right my weight returned back within no time. I felt devastated for getting cheated with no gain. Please don’t get carried away with such fake drinks and shakes.
