This is Senthil Kumar from Coimbatore, I started using herbalife for the past 1 month and reduced about 3.5kgs, my wife joined this programme for weight gain and she gained 2kgs in 3 weeks.
The problem is, the products are very expensive since we both are using the products.
Is there any other methods to prepare the shakes at low cost?
We are consuming in the following method
afresh : 2 spoons /drink 2 times a day ( we both are using)
shake: 3 spoons + 1 spoon protein powder ( we both are using)
in this above method we consume the whole bottle in a week , so we are spending about rs.2000/week.
is there any suggestion of alternatives of using this product?
pl suggest.
