I recently purchased cranberry one kg from Amazon online Order# 406-1876035-6865957 from Herbanut Dry fruits and Species.It was delivered as two 500gm as cranberry packets, out of two one was cranberry and the remaining one was not cranberry. the seller sent the wrong product which was very salty and some nonsense through Amazon .it was not my mistake .the fraud seller is selling miss using the amazon platform to sell his old product
today I approached customer care, they said the return window was over and they can’t support and Visha Veendu senior executive advised me to check immediately and get back to them and it’s learn learnt.
why does amazon encourage these types of Fraud sellers to sell wrong
