I went for a movie with high expectations.especially with such great publicity and craze but sad to say it was a big let down.
This is definitely not for the Indian Audience. Too much hype. More on the grounds of "the witch" movie genre. First half is slow more of family drama and tragedy.
Focus on lighting and creepy rooms like RGV movies. This film is not necessarily a crowd-pleaser, but positioned properly, still finds its audience.
Still, my disappointment would be less bitter if the first half weren’t so strong.
Second half is bit fast and a few creepy scenes towards the climax but nothing new.
Some scenes that are supposed to be scary are actually funny. There are a couple of scenes that are scary and creepy but it starts and stops. There are no no scares or loud sounds. the so called horror scenes you see in the trailer, well that’s it.that’s all the’scare’ of the movie.
It’s like watching a horror movie under anaesthesia. Ur freaked out at times but can’t react due to the slow buildup.
Do not recommend it unless you’re into the cheap horror genre.
