I have been to heritage for some deos yesterday, firstly they were no TESTERS, can we imagine to buy a fragrance without TESTER? I asked for the response, employees didn’t respond well, THEY WERE SO RUDE TO THE COUSTOMERS, I asked for a complaint slip, they didn’t give! WHAT THE MANAGEMENT IS DOING?WHAT they are picking up?
THE PEOPLE WHO ARE THERE WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
HATED HERITAGE FOR LIFE!
