I purchased an online expensive cycle of HERO HAWK 27T is was a complete unassembled cycle so I called up the customer executive to help out in assembling and they denied that we don’t have a policy of assembling and they just have send me parts of the cycle.
Rude customer service provided, no solution is given, bad and worst service ever experienced. Customer executive is very unprofessional and they cut the calls without any answer.
never ever go for this HERO CYCLES
