I had Hero Electric E sprint but due to poor after sale service and it’s efficiency I sold it few days back.
First they claim that they will provide a best after sale service but they failed to do so.Initially Hero electric E sprint was great it has good electric start and good charging though but gradually problem start to arise
Every time I visited service center they just tell me that part is not available or they give excuses to hide their mistake.
I would like to give better rating if they improve their services.
