Poor after sale service - hero electric bikes.

I purchased hero wave DX extra mile on 2nd May 2012 from Shyam & company, Jheel, Delhi vide  bill No. is 012/013/2227. I was told that the range of this model is 100 KM per charge.  But this is giving me 18 KM per charge.


When I complained this to the dealer/ service station i.e. Shyam & company, Jheel, Delhi, they examined it and told me to leave the bike with them because it needs replacement of the batteries. Now this bike is with Shyam & Company since 19th September, 2012 (approximate 16 days).


Whenever, I go to Shyam and Company, they tell me - "Wait more some time, company people will come and replace the batteries". On complaint over phone, they listened and tell,  "your complaint has been register and we will get back you shortly."


Very poor service by Hero Electric. I will not recommend this product.
