I bought HH CBZ Extreme On 16th April. Till First Service, The Vibration was heavy and Engine Heat was more in Bangalore Traffic.
Vibrations start when you trigger the engine(even before Moving). After 30 mins traffic run(1 2 3 gears), I could not keep my right foot near the break as the heat emitted by the engine is 90 DEG(yes I measured). I approached the service center(Nikhi bellary Road), They told all the Problem would be solved after fist service. Till then I need to hurt my self with my heating engine.
I had given for first service at 585 Km . With their Assurance. But Surprzingly both Engine Vibration and Heat were multiplied instead of reducing. The Sound also was unbearable.
The next evening the vehicle was stopped on mid of road. The problem was … Engine was starting fine… idle running fine… but when I put first gear, the engine shuts… I called the service center. They responsibly told that area was too far for them. And advised(!) me to carry(!) the vehicle to service center. I called my friend to find out the nearest HH dealer … and managed to bring the mechanic(from Chandana – KR Puram) at my place … He did some work and told me that the carburetor was choked(Very next day of 1st service.). I let him to carry the vehicle to his works to sort out the major problems.
While Picking the vehicle, he has told vehicle did not have any problem. Vehicle was being very fine…. And they did not require any service. .(the same Guy who gave FIR as Corboratore choke in Morning) . They refused to give any service report also for the service done by them.
By Now engine is running …. With the same vibration and heat. Since I am also an Engineer, I am confident this engine is good but only the mechanic’s expertise is big question .?
I recommend not trying with this model… The excess Engine heat has hurt my foot skin and I am taking treatment. Preparing to go to consumer court with my foot skin treatment reports.
