Amazing looks come at high maintainence costs.

The HERO HONDA CBZ ruled the roost when it was launched in the first quarter of 1999. It was launched in two variants viz. with disc brakes and without disc brakes.

The disc brake model was the one which gave a new dimension to the above 150 cc market

It’s amazing looks captured the market attention

But I think it lacked the low maintainence feature of HERO HONDA SPLENDOUR

The bike is looked upn as an ’’white elephant’’

It also lacks torque and hence lags behind in pick up during two seater rides.

And also the fragile acrylic parts used in its bumper and the side panels are prone to cracks

Overall the power the engine generates through its 160 cc engine and 12.8 bhp is appreciable

also the balance and its road grip thorugh its broad rear tyre is commendable
