CBZ Rules

I have HH CBZ 2000 model. It runs very fine. I get average of 42-45/litre. Gear changing is are also very good . I have installed Karizma clutch plates. It fits in CBZ’s clutch assembly without any alteration. I will give you a better pick-up without loosing average. Karizma clutch plates will cost you 1200/- bucks but it is worth installing. It is much durable than normal CBZ clutch plate. I have installed Endurance gas filled rear suspension.

It is the one which is put on the Enfield. It is really a good gas charged suspension. The only thing you need to change are the mounting bushes. The mounting bushes must be removed from CBZ suspension and punched into Endurance shocks. Dont worry about the height. It will remain the same. Both CBZ and Endurance suspension are 13 inches long ( Distance between the upper and lower  mounting screws )

I wish to fit an electric starter for my CBZ. Plz let me know what all spares needs to be changed. Is it worth going for an electric starter.  I am bored of the kick starter. I have also installed a bigger battery. I have inquired with Hero Honda for the cost of spares. The cost of starter is 5500/-. Cost of Unicorn’s starter is 1500/- and cost of Xtrem’s starter is 2500/-. Can I use any of these starters in my CBZ? I think CBZ starter is unnecessarily expensive.

The biggest mistake Hero Honda has ever made is they have stopped the production for this bike. I think they should start it again. This is the only bike that can beat Pulsar and all other 150cc bikes.
