Good day To One and all. It has been ten years I have had the bike, till today.I had purchased it in Dec 1999 before the change of the century. It had a long waiting time, so I got it by paying extra money, in a few days, Cash down.
This was the only Bike have driven.First year I just used it like an extension of my Body.drove ten thousand kms.Then of course, next years used it lesser.
One difference which persons did not like is the Gear Shift. to go up using your fwd inner left foot.Well I can say, one can easily spot a CBZ rider by looking at his left shoe.The Average petrol consumption, is lower than most bikes. But when I filled with POWER or XTRA MILE it gave a better average. At starting I got 45 plus.
But as the age caught up the average came down to 35.But remember, to service the bike at an authorized service station. I have spend at least 50 thousand in the last ten years, but then I had a few accidents. Change engine oil every two months or so.Remember that all the carbon particles get mixed in the oil of a four stroke engine.
But all these years the moment I twisted the throttle, instant Power was available to overtake.Of course, three years back I have given the bike to my brother.REMEMBER SAFETY FIRST Wear a helmet, Service your bike. better late than never. TWO WHEELERS ARE FOR TWO PEOPLE. Never put a child on your bike. NEVER.That is the main reason I have stopped Biking. My son is Three years now. Today you can find a number of better bike around, I would surely buy the new YAMAHA’s. But there was a great time & wonderful memories with my bike.
