My CBZ Xtreme 2011 Edition

Bought my CBZ Xtreme 2011 Edition Single Disk on May 26, 2011. I’ll first write down the minor though important cosmetic  changes:-

  1. Digital Meter replacing the old needle type (I would say this as cosmetic only. Though likes varies from person to person. I love both versions though)

  2. Tubeless Tyre replacing the old tuff type - Important change I would say

  3. Seats separated out to 2 instead of the old single type seats. This I would say a good change as the seating comfort has increased with more area. Also seats seems wider than the single version.

  4. Engine Under cover guard - Just cosmetic to say. It’s simply Fibre and I doubt any hard hit will be beared or not.

  5. Front Headlamps & other stuff simple minor changes. Along with a slightly more tuned up engine & gear box.

  6. Because of the new split & wider seats my personal feeling, there seems to be a slight increase in height of the bike.

Now coming to Cost, Performance:-

  1. On Road Cost in Hyderabad - 76, 785 INR

  2. Since I took delivery - I’m getting mileage of 54 Kmpl. This is prior to my 1st Service. Last Weekend did my 1st Service, and truly bike seems more refined now and I’m expecting a better mileage, atleast 1-2 Kmpl extra. Let’s See how it comes. I’m waiting for and will update soon. Calculate method is Reserve to Reserve. I dont’ drive my CBZ as CBZ, just as simple commuter  bike. That’s the reason for better mileage. If u drive CBZ like sports bike it will return Avg in 45 mark. My driving speed is 55-58. 60 is very rare for now. I’m waiting for my bike to cross the 5000 ODO Mark. Then will have Avg of 65 Km/Hr. Nothing more is required for me.
