I have a Hero Honda CBZ X-treme 2010 model with black tank. Had a good experience of last 3 years with a ride of 35000 km on odo. I have done many long trips one of them lasted for 255 km continuously even after that bike and me was in good condition to cruise again the same. In a single day I have taken it 470 km even after no signs of pain at shoulders or back.
The bike goes really so smooth with a speed of 70-85 km/h, that is normal cruising speed but if you go further than vibration increases and insecure feeling arise due to these hell vibrations. The same happens in the range of 60-65 km/h. Bike gives vibrations but they got diminished once you cross 65 km/h mark.
Talking about the maintenance cost its pretty lower than its competitors once you buy a bike than you just need to give only regular service charges. In those 3 years of ride recently I spent money other than servicing on chain sprocket, changing of battery and on real tire but if we talk about other bikes then usually they require changing of chain sprocket at 25-28k km due to open chain type.
Looks:
Bike have average looks that are not so much showy but it will not let you down. Its decency impresses and adds more gentleness to your personality.
Comfort
Sitting posture of rider is straight. So the chances of back pain reduces significantly. Back seat is slightly uplifted. That is more comfortable than conventional straight seats (personally felt when my mother and aunt told it) So it will not be issue if you are married. The rider seat have curvy type and have some part on tank. This adds extra protection and comfort when harsh braking (in which the rider strikes with the tank each time front disk brake is used, as it happens in Stunner)
Handling:
This is the only weakness it have. The handling is on a bit harder part in city traffic. Specially for those who have not ridden Hunk or CBZ, feels like hell in city traffic due to its heavy weight and hard handle play. Once you have ridden few hundred kilometers it becomes manageable but zip zapping and cutting sharp cuts leaves difficult. On high speed like like 60 km/h+ you will feel that its handle cant be turned sitting straight like most 100 or 125 cc bikes.
Mileage:
This is the part most of people ask me. Its providing me a constant mileage of 42 to 45 km/l on normal ride conditions. (Where 60% city ride and 40% highways). On highways it gives me mileage of 48-50 km/L with normal petrol. The worse I have got is 37 km/l when my fellow friends used it. :-D. I measures these figures from tank full to tank full.
