I had really worse experience today when I visited Hero Honda dealer, Deepa Motors, Rajapalayam. I bought a CBZ on 18th July, 2011. They did not initiate the RTO procedures until I emailed Hero Honda customtakeouter care. As Mr Vidhyadhar advised(shouted) they took me to RTO on 29th July 2011. Though the RC was made ready on the same at RTO, no one from Deepa Motors bothered to collect the RC and handover to me. Finally I personally collected my RC at RTO and visited M/s Deepa motors to update them that I have my RC, a person named Durai Muthu who deals with RTO on behalf of M/s Deepa motors, simply started to fight with me. He was intend to thrash me as I wont get my vehicles insurance at all.
Upon calling Mr Vidyadhar on the above mentioned number, he talked to the Deepa Motors’ MD and solved the problem, made them to apologize.
Though as a customtakeouter I did have the worst treatment at Deepa Motors Rajapalayam today!
