I got CBZ X Black 6 months ago from Hyderabad. 7500 kms completed. It runs too good.I hardly have any complaints.
All of a sudden, my bike’s battery went low.I struuggled to use the Electric Start.Then the lights became dim and atlast, the horn became too shrill to be listened by the crowd on the road. I then had a talk with the staff manager of the showroom.He stretched the matter for a month and made be visit the showroom every 3rd day. Tired of my repeated requests he diected me to the Manager of the showroom.He also extracted his share of one month in this issue.
Finally I was introduced with MD of the Hyderabad HH location.He was kind enough to resolve the matter in few weeks. People, the worst part was yet to come.
They wont change the battery in the showroom, instead I had to go to the Amco (the makers of HH batteries) Headquarters situated in Himayatnagar (nearly 25 kms from my place) to ask for replacement.The Amco people took out my battery and told me to come after a week.I then waited for a week to get back a new battery.
Atlast my search for a replacement ended!!
Though this review wont be of much help for the one who are thinking to get a new CBZ-X, I thought to better share my experience and make those people aware who face the same battery problem.
