Reason : For some reason this bike was unable to cross 50kmph speed. Some reviews mentioned that it might be damaged piece. Though I was promised after 2nd and 3rd service engine will be smooth, it wasn’t the case. The engine keeps crying every time I cross 50kmph, even after crossing 10k kms that is still the case.
Mileage is also very poor around 35-40 in Chennai traffic, though I did service and changed oil for every 2000 kms.
Also I had a minor accident because of which the frame was bend.(at-least that’s what I was told). Though I gave it to two hero motocorp showroom for fixing it, they were unable to fix it. They claimed they fixed it but whenever I ride I had a severe shoulder pain an back pain. Dropping the bike(minor accident) is my fault, but there isnt even a high class heromotocorp showroom to fix that was very disappointing.
Unlike honda, heromotocorp doesnt have a high quality showroom or service center. So most of the service centers they own are for namesake and they are only capable of doing water wash and change oil.
Heromotocorp bikes are good bikes(like splendor, passion pro and old cbz), but if u dont have a good service centers then how can u maintain your bikes ??? Whether it is good bike or bad bike.. every bike need proper maintenance and for that you need proper service center.
