Yesterday I got my **CBZ serviced for the 1st time** after 768 Kms of running, at Himgiri Automobiles, Jhilmil. The major problems reported by me was
*Gear Shifting: *
Very hard to shift
*Front Brake(Disc): *
Creates noise when applying at 25-35 Kmph speed
*Bad quality of stickers: *
It started getting off form the fuel tank and also has many bubbles on the side panels stickers and some other minor issues.
Solution they have provided
*Problem no. 1*
Gear Shifting: They have replaced the Pressure plates for this and I found no improvement in the gear shifting. The problem is as it was there from the day one of buying the bike. Felt like I bought a used bike by paying the price for a new one. They even replaced the clutch wire at my cost which was damaged due to the manufacturing defect in the clutch system(for which they have replaced the pressure plates).
*Problem no. 2*
Bad quality of stickers: They simply refused to replace he stickers/ parts by saying its not a major problem and occurs in most of the bikes. Guys tell me how your bike will look like if the stickers are removed after two months of buying a brand new one. In this case this is the only change done on the CBZ to call it the all new CBZ.
Front Brake(Disc): They said that the issue been resolved and now it will work fine. I have not tested it yet but hope it gets resolved.
*Problem no. 3*
Finally I got the conclusion that after paying more than 61K for CBZ what I got in return is a machine full of problems which I dint expected from HH at least since they have a very good reputation for making best bikes for India and have a wonderful service for its vehicles.
I now am regretting my decision of buying a CBZ heavily. And won’t recommend going for it to anyone who is considering it to be their bike of choice.
