I had done much review and booked glamour bike. I am among the first few owners of this model in my area. Unfortunately, the Agency peoples in Majestic Motors in Mayiladuturai are playing a nice game
My glamour FI(Engine no:, JA06ED9GH00679, Frame no: MBLJA06EP9GH00763) purchased from Majestic motors, Mayiladuthurai on 21.09, 2009 and till date the service book and Manual book for the bike has not been received.(Approximately 9 months)
I have tried enough with the staffs and no one ready to respond properly and I miss to understand why it is so difficult.
Is is not the Agency responsibility to supply the documents which is mandatory while purchasing the vehicle? My Registration no: TN 51-Q-8102 and so far I am doing the free services without propoer records.
Colleagues! Can anyone suggest me what to do in this stage? do I have any rights to claim against this issue?
