HUNK THE YOUTH BIKE

Buying hunk or any other bike of 150cc sector is a real tough job.bajaj pulsar, cbz extreme, tvs apache, honda unicorn and yamaha FZ16 are the top leading bikes.first priority is for looks and smooth fastest ride.let me ask you, is that bike enough for college life or a 3-4yrs.

by a practical consideration, two bikes in this segments are gone.bajaj pulsar which is my favorite design, faster than any one still lack reliability. If u hav doubt just ride a 4 year old pulsar and then a new one, feel the difference.then about tvsapache, vibrations after 50 itself.low quality body panels, even if tvs have the lowest spare cost, sure in about an year you will feel the tightness of everything ie, including gears.any let me agree that these two are the fastest .really in performance apache is superb.

among remaining bikes, unicorn is a little old in design and a long waiting period of 3-6 months are needed.a main complain about monoshok is that because of its inclined position a shrinking / bending is seen after long usages.

fz 16 is a money for value one, but my pa or ma not like to sit in its back.remember bike is not only for girl friends.

Fate:one who like both cbz an hunk .cbz is my recommondation.it has all qualities of hunk and hav more lasting body panels.’advanced temple flow induction’ gives good fuel to power ratio.it results in smoothness.good riding position that even short people can afford, awful mileage like my bike between 55 & 60 since I am not too weighted only 60, amazing comfort, good control are the advantages.

Hunk lovers including me should adjust with these problems

1.kicker don’t works if foot rests are open, kicker wl touch footrest.

2.actual mileage will be seen only after long waiting and judgeful riding, ie after 6th month’s free service.

3.quality of body panel, believe me that dealers itself said to me about this, but I believed that he will be safe in my care.

4.low pick up in 1st gear, but amazing 2nd and 3rd gear pick up( I conqred many roads as all does).

  1. Criticizing from friends that its back looks ugly(don’t mind it .we can shape it with a small adjustment)

why hunk: I own it from jubily bikes kottayam price 64000/- with disk brakes. Its side views. Take only bike after a test drive.when I test drive both pa and sister were with me.i take cared of both’s openions while sitting back.i ride it through bad roads and at high speeds.for some bikes between 60-80 there is a small vibrations.but my bike dont have such complaints by luck .we should be careful that we should not cross 60 for 3000 kms.for people with daily usuage its not a problem.atleast, ride within 45-60 for 1000 kms.dont ignore please.make sure that dealers get the bike new oil itself while servicing.dont try it yourself to pour oil.level mistakes can make many starting troubles.i usually rides this 14.4 ps powered bike with 60-70kms speed.when needs arrives then only I take speed.while taking 8 we will trouble.i really miss the digital speedometers.i adjusted the backside uglyness with help of a mechanic friend.my blue coloured bike had onlu 35 kms milage after 1stmonth.then it increased to 45-50 in 3 months and after 6 months my milage is 55-60.generally we all ride in 70-80 km(we means youth ok)so in such speeds mileage and maintenance cost is satisfied only for 150cc bikes.usually the cc and power facor avoids uncomfortness at high speeds)since I don’t like cbz extreme’s style , so I bought hunk .we both are happy, me and my bike.

i surely recommend unicorn too because its bestselling but in my openion its outdated.suspension shrinking problem will not trouble you a lot.

fz is the smothest and comfort bike in150cc segment, but I want to satisfy my pa, ma and sister with comfort backseats and price but I hav judgeful reasons to hate pulsar and apache.(especially milage of apache and reliability of pulsar)

my final advice:for me a 150 cc bike means

1.a bike with good comfort even in 80-100 km speed.

2.for my lone tours.

3.travels with my pa, ma and sister(let them feel that comfort)

4.trips with my collegemates.

.reason for many accidents are over-speed.remember if u want to speed do it in a150cc, not in cd100 or activa and dont think thats show.give defenitions to your bike uses, test drive it, ask users, use sites, then tak one with satisfaction.like and dislikes varies ok.so take a bike which you loves most and make sure that the bike also likes you, because more than just a ride its a feel.bye guys , love you all......... -vishnu , vempally
