I used to ride TVS Victor and FZ before my new bike. Also I used to ride my friends bikes like Pulsar 150, 180, 200, 220, Karizma R, Unicorn, Yamaha FZ, Avenger 200, Fazer and some of the 150 cc - 220 cc bikes.
But when I thought of my new bike I just wanted to be different. Something that is not so common. And for this thought of mine I was not at all in position to compromise quality and class too.
So what was there in market that would have given me such a deadly combination. I dont wanted to buy Pulsar series as its so common, Yamaha are only 150cc s. Honda CBR is too much costly.
Finally I stabled on Karizma generation. First It was Karizma R in my mind. But I decided ZMR at last moment. And yes now I am very much happy with that decision.While buying new bike I never though about price and milage as I wanted some quality and something different, I knew I need to spend more and has to compromise on milage.
I bought my new black ZMR 223 cc machine on 12/12/2011 its been 55 days and 3725 kms I am experiancing a thrilling biking.When I ride my ZMR I really feel like a king. Ok lets talk about some facts.
Budget -> Initially I was thinking of Karizma R considering low price than ZMR, I bought my ZMR for 1, 05, 375 INR.(Which was in my budget)
First Feel -> When I took first ride of my ZMR.gyzz.what should I say.Ummmmmmmaahh.I felt like its the actulal feel of riding a two wheeler machine everything else before were just trials. I live in Pune so I usually drive in city areas some times on highways too. My daily running is about 55- 60 kms. Till first servicing(Which I did on 1500 Km) I was below 65km/hr. gear were hard. After first servicing it was like makkhaan smooth. The real performance started after first servicing. The engine has become free. In all parts of bike were ready to rock the field.
Performance -> While talking about performance I ll consider
1) Pick up -> This unique 223 cc machine is having excellent pick up. Pick up is outstanding in its range of bikes. I have experianced it. For that I tried pulsar 220, Avenger, CBR250. Comparatevley ZMR is better, CBR will give cut-throughtle competetion for pick up.

2) Engine Vibration -> Unlike all Hero Honda bikes, ZMR is having very very less vibration of engine. Its that fiber body that knocks the door of vibration. Otherwise its silky smooth.

3)Speed -> I have taken up my ZMR upto 112 km/hr. Not tried after that. I know it will run faster than this may be about 138 - 145 km/hr.

4) Gears -> Comparatively gears are smooth, Even though 1 down and 4 up style you dont have to struggle a lot to get green light that is neutral. But after 100 km/hr I become despo for 6th gear which is unfortunately not there. But I am happy it happens after 100.

5) Suspension -> Superb.Superb.Superb. Its having adjustable suspension. No complaints of back pain and etc.

6) Mileage -> while purchasing I have been told that ZMR is having PGM FI - programmed fuel injection which increases its mileage. I was like ok. Let it be. Will see later. Then I realized now yes.It really works.It manages to reach 43km/lit many a times. Thats the great difference in ZMR and Karizma R which hardly cross 36km/lit. My mileage varies from 38km/lit - 43km/lit.

7) Breaks -> Rear breaks are also disc so initiallyt I was so much careful, Now I have full control on my ride. It hardly skeeds on urgent breaks, if applied correctly. Gives great control.

8) Tyres -> Front tyre no issues. But size of rear wheel does have issues according to me. While turning and riding on wet surface I get feeling of somethng wrong sometimes. because couple of times I found it skeeds on wet surface very quickly.

9) Lights -> Head light is nice. brighter light. Rear LED lights are outstanding.

Looks -> For looks there are no issues. It has got a different standard in it. It looks sporty, stylish, bold, catchy, classic and so on. I liked the speedometer and all the stuff and style provided. I personally feel that rear part would have added or modified for few things to get better look, But in overall look it gets covered.

Handling and comfort -> Handling is superb. I would like to mention one thing that is balancing on ZMR. I really appreciate this bike as you can balance ZMR though its heavy in traffic for slow riding or while turning in speed. I found ZMR very much comfortable than other bikes and talking scintifically you dont have to bend so much to get look of a rider of sport bike hence no that much of back pain.
Its good for city traffic as well as long drives.

Personal Feelings -> People, I really feel like a KING when I ride my bike. I love the feeling that I have to ride bike and its ZMR now. Also I never get a feeling of oh.I could drive such bike when I see other bikes around me of same range. It feels great when I stand on signal and I give a look to my left, right, back and front and see there is hardly any ZMR standing. You will feels great when some one comes fast and overtakes you and then you take speed and overtake him and left him too far with your ZMR. And yes finally where-ever you may be and you get a thought of your ZMR you ll get a cute smile on your face and I just love this.

So, at last If you have 100K in our pocket also you can manage 40km/lit of mileage and you want to stand out of crowd go for ZMR. It has got what you want. Here. Ill mention that this bike is having different standard in it gyz.
ZMR is awesomeness thats what I can say.
