The splendor was launched back in 1994 as a successor to CD 100 . The splendor plus has a mileage of 81 kmpl and a top speed of 87 kmph which is way more sufficient at a cost of 47K . My father bought this bike in 2001, because he loved the brand hero . Its been more than 16 years and this bike is still working fabulously(Neglecting some minor issues) . I used to hate this bike because nowadays everyone prefers a sports bike, but my opinion changed when I started using this bike .This bike is a complete piece of art in a sleek body, there were some issues like its not comfortable, its too light & sleek, but the best part is the mileage which is way too good . Its just awesome if u consider mileage as a major point . And this bike can last for forever .
