I had purchased Hero Honda Splendor Pro almost five months ago, and clocked 4000 kms, Previous to this bike I have ridden Splendor + for about 60K kms. As soon as I saw new pro model has been launched, I was eager to know about the word "PRO". The new engine with APDV system producing more torque claimed on paper is visible on road. Rest of bike and looks remain almost same except five stage adjustable rear shocks, new silencer with cat-con and healthy exhaust note and wide rear mud flap.
Bike feels pretty stress free and healthy even while climbing hills, Bike gives milage of 65 kms in city (in Pune Traffic and 70-72 kms on highways with pillion. I found the bike as a good tool to travel from point A to B with reliability and comfort.
The only short coming I can figure out is the dated gear-box. The difference in gear ratio betn 1st n 2nd second is too wide that makes it nightmare while riding in crowd. Other wise bike is perfect for daily city
commutes.
