Its my first review in MS so my apologies to all if I did some mistakes in drafting this review.
One of the biggest mistake I made in my life was I purchased super splendor by trusting hero honda CEO statement made in news paper when the bike was launched, that this 125 cc bike (super splendor) will give 5 kms more mileage than spendor. I purchased super splendor on 24/March/2005 my km reading is now above 8500, I have already done 4 services & my problem is the same Mileage I thought that I m getting a 125 cc bike in 100cc price and 5 km more mileage, splendor normally gives 65kms in city I thought this new super splendor will give 70 on city with more pickup but its not upto expectations. My bike giving me a mileage of 50 till 3rd service but after 4th service its giving 58 to 60 its bcoz the mechanic decreased the idling speed to min may b less than that & now I m facing problem of bike getting stop if I dont raise the excelator its troublesome in traffic though mileage increase I dont think I can continue on this carburator setting as I have to kick many time in trafic as the bike halt if I dont raise the excelator soo I m planning to sell this as soon as possible and get Discover (self start) its same 125 cc, gives 60kms mileage, good looking & more power 11 bhp compared to 9 bhp of super splendor.
