No doubt Hero had a good reputation along with Honda name, but now it seems Hond has taken every thing from Hero in terms of Customer Service, Product and relations with dealers. I am one of victim of their product Hero Maestro purchased in OCT 2012 and have been facing a problems with this product as Self start, Shockers and lock even it digital meter doesn’t work properly.
The most beautiful thing about this company is their Pathetic service and the way of Complaint handling, when I knock the door of Hero, their employee gave me BSh, is that all customer is looking from well known brand. I am writing this to aware those people, who put their hard earned money to buy such use less product.
One suggestion just look for better service rather than a product. Would request you please save your self from being a victim.......... Don’t buy any product of Hero.
