I purchased Hero Ignitor (Black) in 16th February 2013. There was a time when I had to choose among Honda Stunner, Bajaj Discover 125ST and Hero Ignitor.
The new Stunner has no chain cover and lack kick-start .Since my cousin has Bajaj Discover 125ST , I got the opportunity to ride it until I decided that I don’t like it. I moved to test drive and finally purchased Hero Ignitor.
Before 1st Servicing it had gear shifting problems but that its smooth and OK. I rode almost 4000 kms and 4 services done and I am very glad to own this bike.
Pros:
Good mileage 50+ in city. Great handling, well balance and controlled braking. Attractive looks. Commuter seating position and wide handle to ensure comfortable Back and arms.Thicker tyres as compared to other 125 cc bikes which offer better road grip. Full chain cover protects chain from wear and tear.
Cons: Suspension could have been softer.
Conclusion: Best 125 cc bike for the younger generation.
