Hero Ignitor

This is Naresh. I learned bike riding few days back only.Now I’m planning to buy my first bike .

My requirements:

1. Good performance

2. Better mileage

3. Price limit is within 65k-75k

4. I am going to use this bike only for 1.5 to 2 years nt more than that. and I wil resale this bike after that.

As I am new to buying  the bikes I dont know what are the specifications of bike required and etc..

And what is the differences b/w the 125 cc , 150cc 200 cc.. whether is it just for speed or for which thing?As I saw ignitor in showroom, I liked it very much... But I’m in little bit confusion of choosing my first bike among Ignator, Yamaha SZ-R, CBZ Extreme... please provide complete details as early as possible.
