I have hero impulse 2012 model. I am struggling a lot since last couple of months to get the original spare parts of this mode. As the chain kit needs to get replaced, due to this I am unable to use my bike further. Dissatisfactory response and inefficiency of dealer compelled me to contact the Hero company.
I registered the complaint at Hero customer service to provide the chain kit, but no end results since couple of weeks. Every time these people gave timeline of 48 working hours which is ticking on since weeks. It is the liability of the company to make the spare parts available on time in market once the product is rolled out. I am highly dissatisfied with this negligence from the company side.
