I’m gonna give you an honest review about the hero karizma r 2014 model.Frankly speking If you are looking for a bike in terms of looks then this one is not for you.Most of the young people may hate its design.From my own experience i’m writting this review.Ride quality is really good below 80kmph.once you cross this limit the visor will start making noise & you will find vibrations on footpegs . As the power is approx 20 bhp so if you compare it with other 220 cc bikes in the market then you will find that the bike is on underpowered side. Handing is good .The riding posture is little aggressive.so after long rides your back will pain a little.Brakes on the bikes are pretty good as it uses disk on the front & drum on the rear. Front brakes are not excellent but it will give you good initial bites.but in panic braking the rear tyre skids.coming to the millage. The milege is average.If you ride very roughly you will find worst millage but if you ride maintaining a speed of 40-70 you will definately get good millage.Afterall the bike costs around 95000 on road & it changes place to place. If you observe it from price’s point of view then you will find that it really worths your money.In one way it gives you more than what you are paying.In indian market you will not find other 220 cc bikes at this price.The handling of this bike is not very good.You will find difficulties in handling the bike in heavy traffic.Nowadays peple wants a high powered machine which gives great millege, good suspension , good handling, good looks.bla bla.There is no perfect bike. There is no doubt that you will find other 200cc bikes with good specifications but it will cost more than double.If you want power like ktm machines, touring like harleys & speed like kawasaki machines then this is exactly opposite what you are looking for. If you want a entry level sports bike which also meets your other needs at a price range of 1 lakh then this bike is for you.Now coming to the good points .Firstly When you will ride this bike you will have a big bike feeling as ig you are riding 1000 cc litre class segments.Also when you ride this bike people will easily see you because the bike is very eye catchy. Since i’m using this bike more than 2 years, Lastly one thing I can assure you that this is a very good bike if your expectations meet.
