I have purchased passion pro before 21 July 2014 and it gives me 70kmpl and I have run it only 600 kms till now.Company is advising to drive it at an optimum speed of 40 to 50 kmph for better engine life and mileage.Hero moto corp is right, I have realised it and I am driving my bike at 40 to 50kmph.
My bike is giving 70kmpl.After crossing 3000 to 4000 kms.I am sure it will give 75 to 80kmpl.I have driven many bikes from my childhood till now what I am realised is that mileage in your right hand.The more u throttle lesser your bike mileage.Harsh braking, unnecessary gear changing, unnecessarily maximizing the throttle and harsh throttle twisting will definitely decrease the fuel economy of your bike.If u want mileage and long life of your motorcycle always read user manual completely before riding your motorcycle.
